Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website terotrain.site and any engagement with Tero Training Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Training, health and your responsibility
We are coaches, not healthcare professionals. Nothing on this website or said during a session is medical, physiotherapy, dietary or nutritional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Physical training carries an inherent risk of injury. Before your first session you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire, and you must tell us about any injury, illness, medication, pregnancy or medical condition that could be affected by exercise, and tell us if anything changes. If you have, or think you may have, a medical condition, or you are returning to exercise after a long break, illness or injury, please speak to your doctor before starting. We may decline to train you, or may modify or stop a session, where we consider it unsafe to continue.
You must train within your own limits, follow the coaching given and stop if you feel unwell or experience pain. We do not guarantee any particular result; outcomes depend on consistency, recovery, sleep, nutrition and individual factors outside our control, and we make no claims about weight, body composition or appearance. Sessions are arranged in advance; please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or rearrange, and any cancellation terms for booked blocks of sessions will be set out when you book. Where training takes place at premises operated by somebody else, that operator’s own rules and conditions also apply.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
